Custom 3D printing

Two ways to build.
One standard of finish.

Send a file or describe what you need. Every job is printed to order in resin or filament — whichever process fits the part — and quoted before anything goes to the printer.

Processes

Pick the process, or let the part decide

Most jobs make the choice obvious. If yours doesn't, tell us what the part needs to do and we'll recommend one at the quote stage.

Resin

Cured by light, layer by layer

Liquid resin is hardened one thin layer at a time under a UV beam, building fine detail with a smooth, near-seamless surface.

Layer height0.025 – 0.1 mm
Surface finishSmooth, minimal lines
MaterialsStandard, Tough, Flexible, Clear, Castable
Max build size7.5" × 4.7" × 7.9"

Best for: miniatures, jewelry masters, small mechanical parts, detailed prototypes, dental & hobby casting.

Beam

Built from an extruded beam

A continuous beam of melted filament is laid down and stacked layer by layer into a solid, functional part.

Layer height0.1 – 0.3 mm
Surface finishVisible layer lines, sandable
MaterialsPLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon
Max build size9.8" × 9.8" × 11"

Best for: functional parts, brackets, enclosures, replacement parts, larger or load-bearing prints.
